We build every RFP inside the Fastbreak Travel platform on behalf of the event's organizer, so the dates, room counts, target rates and terms are set before the request reaches you. Your Hotel and the Event Stay in Sync

Once you contract a block, your Fastbreak Travel portal and the event work from the same information. Bookings, payments, rooming lists, block changes and cancellations flow both ways automatically. The rooming list you see is the rooming list we see, so there's no manifest to rebuild and no email thread to dig through. When something changes, it's already updated on your side.

What is the Preferred Hotel Program?

It's a program for sports-friendly hotels that want group room block business. Join and you're listed as a member, and you start receiving RFPs for events coming to your market.

Who sends these RFPs?

Fastbreak Travel does. We're the contracting company for group housing, and we send and contract on behalf of the event's organizer. You deal with one sender, and every RFP names the event and dates so you know exactly what it's for.

How do I access and respond to an RFP?

Log in to your Fastbreak Travel portal to open the RFP, then submit your bid and contract the block in the same place. If you don't have an account yet, create one first.

I'm logged in but I can't see my RFP. What now?

This is the most common question we get, and it's usually a matter of connecting your account to the right property. Chat with us here or send a note to Hotel Support and we'll get you to your RFP.

What does it cost to join?

Nothing. There’s no membership fee and no setup.

Do I have to respond to every RFP?

No. Bid on the events that fit your calendar and pass on the ones that don’t. Either way you stay on the list for the next one.

What if there's no event in my market yet?

You stay on the list as a member hotel and receive RFPs as soon as an event comes to your area.

Can I add more than one property?

Yes. Add a sister hotel or bring your whole portfolio. One agreement can cover every property you manage.

What happens after I contract a block?

Your Fastbreak Travel portal stays in sync with the event. Bookings, payments, rooming lists, block changes and cancellations flow both ways, so there’s no manifest to rebuild.

How many emails will I get about an RFP?

At least two, and sometimes more depending on how the bid and contract go. They all come from Fastbreak Travel and they all name the event.

How do I reach a person?
