Every event has someone who fumbles to find their ticket, shares a screenshot or enters with credentials that was never meant for them. Fastlane eliminates delays at the gate as well as wristband sharing and ticket fraud.

Entry is tied to a verified face, not a transferable QR code, so the only person who can use a ticket is the person who bought it. (Passes can be securely transferred to a new owner and a new face after purchase, before use.)

Name, team, and ticket type appear the moment the face matches. Gate staff see exactly who is walking in with no manual checks and no judgment calls.

Fans opt in at checkout or at the gate. Opting out changes nothing, the animated QR code works identically and the fan experience stays smooth either way.

04 Animated QR backup on every ticket.

Every fan who opts out of Fastlane uses an animated QR code instead. The code rotates constantly, so even the QR option stays fraud-resistant.

05 Built for youth event compliance.

Biometrics are collected from adults only. Minors are tracked by name. The system is designed to be legally clean by default.

06 Works in low-signal venues.

Gyms and metal buildings are hard on connectivity. Fastlane keeps running when the signal drops.

One Photo, Matched to One Photo

Fastlane compares a live photo captured at the gate to the single photo a fan provided at checkout. That is the full scope of the match: one fan, one photo, one event.

The fan opts in.

Fastlane is always a choice. Fans select it at checkout or at the gate on their first visit. Opting out at any point returns them to a QR code ticket for entry.

The match stays inside your event.

The comparison happens only with fans who purchased a ticket and chose to upload their photo ID.

Data is deleted after the event.

Photos are retained only for the duration of the event and generally deleted within seven days after the event concludes. Fans are informed of the exact retention window at the point of consent.

Minors are handled separately.

Photos are collected for adults admission only. All attendees under 18 are admitte by name at the gate, or using a QR code if not accompanied by a parent or guardian. Data privacy is part of the design, not an add-on feature.

Ticket transfers are supported.

If a fan transfers their ticket to someone else, the new recipient will be prompted to upload a photo before arriving at the gate.
